1. How it works

• Your own link: sign in at the top of this page and get a link to put in your videos, posts or bio. Anyone who opens it and creates a free account within 60 days counts as yours.
• Discord or Telegram: add the ChartNox bot and members can get educational chart readouts in the chat with /analyze and a chart screenshot or a ticker (for example BTC or EURUSD). Each person gets 2 free analyses per day, and each server or group 10 in total. Admins type /link to get the group's partner link. Every readout also carries that link and mentions our yearly offer: Yearly plans save 20% (2+ months free).

2. Commission

• You earn 30% of every payment a customer you referred makes during their first 12 months, counted from their first payment. That includes monthly and yearly plans and analysis packs. It is the amount paid, excluding tax. Free trials and free accounts earn nothing.
• Each commission becomes payable 30 days after that payment, once the refund period has passed. If the payment is refunded or charged back, no commission is due on it.
• A customer counts only if they created their account through your link and it was their first time on ChartNox. Your own accounts never count. We decide attribution using our own records.
• Commissions are paid manually about once a month, by PayPal to the email you save in your dashboard, once you have earned at least a small minimum amount we will confirm by email. You must be 18 or older to be paid. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn.

3. Rules

• Label your posts as an ad: use #ad or the platform's paid-partnership label, so your audience knows you earn from the link.
• Never promise or imply profits, guaranteed results, or "signals". ChartNox is educational and gives no financial advice. Do not describe it any other way.
• No fake or self-referred sign-ups, no spam, no paid ads on the ChartNox name, and no offers or discounts we did not give you.
• Follow the rules of the platforms you post on, and of the country you and your audience live in.
• We may pause a link, refuse or cancel a commission, or end the program at any time, especially if these rules are broken. Commissions already earned and payable stay payable, except for the cases above.
• You are a partner, not an employee or agent of ChartNox, and cannot make promises on our behalf.

4. Data

When you join we store the details you give us: your name or channel name, the platform and profile link you share on, your audience size, how you plan to share ChartNox, and your PayPal email to pay you. We use them to run the program and to contact you about it. For your link we count visitors (once per browser), sign-ups and payments. When the bot is used, we process the image or ticker sent, and the server or chat ID, to run the analysis and apply the daily limit. See our Privacy Policy. Our Terms of Service also apply.
